Professional carpet cleaning is the cornerstone of our business. Up to 80% of our work is carpet cleaning. We specialise in both domestic and commercial carpet cleaning.
There are various systems to clean domestic carpets. Generally speaking, a system called Hot Water Extraction is used. This is often referred to as steam cleaning or shampooing carpets. Rest assured that we will only use the cleaning system that is best for your project.
How do we know what is right for your carpet? We have completed numerous carpet cleaning courses and have the experience needed to know what your carpet is made from and how soiled/ stained it is. We can almost always tell you what results you can expect. This means you will not be wasting your money on any cleaning and gives you, our client, peace of mind.
OUR SIX STAGE CARPET CLEANING PROCESS
We have developed a tried and tested six stage carpet cleaning process that helps to offer the best possible clean carpets, without exception.
Stage 1
We complete a thorough hoover using a commercial grade hoover. We move furniture where we safely can
Stage 2
Your type of carpet will dictate what pre spray we use. We are experts at this and will pre spray the areas to be cleaned
Stage 3
Agitation and downtime. The agitation process can be a hand scrubber or if heavily soiled, a rotary scrubber
Stage 4
Deep cleaning process. We use a high powered truck mounted unit to full steam clean the carpets
Stage 5
This is where we will check if there are any stains or areas that may need further work and placing the furniture back
Stage 6
This is the grooming stage. After each carpet clean we always groom the carpets so they look like new
